The health benefits of water are widely recognized by health organizations.

Water is good for you because it:

  • helps regulate body temperature
  • aids digestion
  • improves resistance to stress

The Canada’s Food Guide to Healthy Eating recommends that everyone drink at least 1.5 L of water a day.

KIRI thinks so too! Our 18-litre bottle will provide one person with this amount of water for two weeks. A household of two people would therefore need one bottle of this size per week.
